Siena community thank you for your feedback. We are dedicated to serving you the way you deserve and have read your petition and every comment carefully.
We are mindful that we are here to serve you. You will find changes and a new approach beginning today and on a continuous basis. We’ve been working hard over the past week to conduct additional training, and have been strategizing and planning on how to better meet your expectations. If we are not meeting those expectations, let us know your feedback in person and we’ll get to work on it immediately. We’re not perfect but we’re committed to making it right.
Please look for focus group invitations on campus. We look forward to communicating on an on-going basis face to face the way it should be (of course, email and phone is fine too if that’s more convenient for you).
