Siena community thank you for your feedback. We are dedicated to serving you the way you deserve and have read your petition and every comment carefully.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

We are mindful that we are here to serve you. You will find changes and a new approach beginning today and on a continuous basis. We\u2019ve been working hard over the past week to conduct additional training, and have been strategizing and planning on how to better meet your expectations. If we are not meeting those expectations, let us know your feedback in person and we\u2019ll get to work on it immediately. We\u2019re not perfect but we\u2019re committed to making it right.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
